One Web, direcTbill ripoff, they are charging me $25.00 for a call to UNTD KINGD FOR 5 MIN. I was in the hospital at this time. No one at my home

I was charged $25.00 for a call made to untd kingd for 5 min. I wasn't home at this time. I was in the hospital. No one was at my home. I called the toll free no and wouldn't answer my questions about this bill, plus charged my phone bill as of today $9.99. Can you help me? I don't owe this. Thank you
