Last year I had service with Time Warner, fell behind in payments due to financial problems & had to have service turned off. Months later I moved to another apartment in the same building and wanted to have service to my new place, was told that until the previous balance was paid that this could not be done. So when I received my taxes in late January, early February I paid the balance by money order at the Middletown locaton drop box. I called to inform them that the previous balance had been paid, they confirmed the payment & I was then able to schedule to have new service turned on. A month later, I get a call saying that I did not pay and they were shutting my service off. I explained that the payment was confirmed when I scheduled the installation, that I was required to pay before they would schedule the install, they say they never received it. I cannot locate the money order receipt, so now want me to pay it again, very unfair. Like I stated in the beginning, they would not even schedule the install until the previous balance was made & confirmed.
