I purchased a Irulu android tablet on Sept, 17th for my daughter's b-day it was 71.96 and it came with a free case. I first recieve the tablet and no case I then notify the company by e-mail they sent the case. After three weeks the tablet suddenly stop charging and it was hardly ussed yet because I didn't obtain internet service for it yet so I e-mailed them and let them know I was sendind it back. I mailed it back on Nov, 7th 2012 and e-mailed them. Someone replied on Nov, 12th and sid they were processing my refund on nov, 19th I e-0mailed them again about my refund. I received a reply on Nov, 23 syaing my refund is in a paypal account chek it later. Now I didn't use paypal to pay them so that was an inconvenience when it came to my refund. I had to establish a paypal account which I didn't prefer to. When I did establish the account and try to retrieve my refund it was routed back to the company I don't know how. I've called the customer service for this company and all you get is a answering machine. So now I'm e-mailing them about the refund and there's no reply for several days when I tried to explain that my money was routed back to their paypal account. On Dec. 29th someone replied telling me to check the same refund transaction number I just explained in the e-mail was routed back. So Donna replied and stated they saw the refund on their side and they would fix it that was on DEC. 12 2012. I then checked bothe my paypal account and debit card used to pay for tablet nothing is showing or pending. ON dec. 14th I e-mailed them requesting to know where did they send this refund and someone replied they sent it to and typed my e-mail address now that was not specific and I checked the next transaction number with a paypal agent and he told me on dec. 17 that the number went to the first monies which was routed back to there account I have explained this in numerous e-mails and they have yet to resolve it. I'm getting the runaround for my money and my baby went without her most deserved b-day gift. When they didn't send my money in a timely manner I missed out on all the sale opportunities during the holiday to replace it for her. I keep e-mailing them and they tell me about this bogus transaction # yet to show my money. Firther more they didn't wait to take my money off my debit card so why should I have to go through paypal to get my money back. I've reported them to paypal and e-bay
