Stay away from this company! They sell routers, modems etc through Charter Communications.
It sounds great but the products are crappy and there is absolutely NO customer support unless you want to give them a credit card number and PAY again for something that D-Link, Cisco, etc provide as part of the product service. They're rude (although by the time I was told the 3rd time I could pay for 'tech services' I was not a happy camper myself). Bottom line... Buy a product you're familiar with and stay away from this kind of garbage. I was told to 'contact the manufacturer' (somewhere over in China) OR pay, pay, pay. I disconnected this piece of trash and will package and mail it back / INSURED for a refund. Of course I imagine the package being opened constitutes damage so there will be a 15% restocking fee. Again, stay away from SaveologyTech and save yourself a lot of headaches. They're scammers!!
