The problems with web site hosting started the first week after purchase of a 3-year hosting plan. The login did not work, and there were other small problems like the email with hosting info had wrong information and it took 4 days of phone calls and emails to get started!
After the first site was up and running, every few days the site would get very slow and sometimes it could not be reached at all. This continued and I sent over 30 emails and called at least 10 times, but they could never find a problem. Finally it got so bad the site would time-out and they had to re-start the server to get it to work at all. This went on for weeks, and finally the site does not work at all!
I became very frustrated after poor hosting service and poor customer service time and time again, and I suggested that they escalate this to management because they will not be very happy if they see all the negative press that may come of this.
They just don't seem to care, and right not they have a C BBB rating with about 50 complaints!
I had to give them a deadline to see if they might have a change of heart and told them if I did not get satisfaction by Today, I will start the complaint process. Maybe if their reputation and bottom line is negatively impacted they will do the right thing!
My 2 sites (and I have service for 10!) are unusable with Joomla admin and frontend from Florida (also CO, CA, and TX to name a few report major issues connecting to the site) - their services are
not meeting their published terms of service! I had to forward one site to another host, and take the other site offline.
For the sake of all those ripped off I hope they take this seriously!
