Using New Era as a stream host for internet radio. Up time was approx. 53% charged fees at 99%. Never offered any type refund or compensation for down time. Got bad attitude from Owner when asked to fix. Earned free server slots for referal and lost them when we would not air their ads till they were stable. They did not have to pay for advertising. They only wanted free advertising and pulled all the free slots we earned for playing ads. Do not use New Era unless you do not need quality streams and uptime.
They also took web design and placed it on a competetor stations site.
