PLEASE beware of Benchmarkemail.com. I canceled my account with them back in April then all of the sudden I got $120 charge from them. I called them immediately knowing that it was a mistake and I would get a refund. After several hours talking to multiple different people, they came to the conclusion that I shouldn't have been charged, but they have a "foot down, no refunds" policy. So they gave me another free month of their service, which I don't even need. It's absolutely ridiculous that they can just charge people's cards, realize they are wrong, but still not refund. It has to be illegal, but they know I'm not going to take them to court over $120. I hope that they finally get the wrong person one day and get busted for this fraudulent activity.
