Kabam does not care if there is cheating, they have proved this by getting rid of a few big cheaters, but yet there is still allot of cheating, they expect the people who play there games to report them, not only do you have to report them, they want screen shots, not only do they want screen shots they want you to tell them what happened, it is easy to see, all they have to do is have a person come and look at there servers, look at power of players, see are they buying rubies, i am a paying customer of thirst of night, i have played allot of other games and have paid, this is the only game o have come across that is so poorly managed, they are clueless how to keep the people happy and lie to them, when i ask for your money back they refuse you, i feel as a paying customer they have a responsibilty to keep the cheating away from the game, not only do u report the cheaters, but then it tales them 3 to 4 weeks to do anything about it, if not longer, i feel that everyon out there should no how they treat the people that play there games, there is swearing in the chats they have, no one ever is there to watch, not even for a lil, how much would it take to have a couple mods go on game and watch and stop stuff, look at the leadership boards, and make sure it is a safe and fun place for all to play, you do not even have to be there all the time, just watch, go out there a few times a day, look at things, its not rocket science at all, its very simple and basic, allot of my friends have left the game because kabam has done nothing, they are now in the process if going to paypal and asking for there money back, i think kabam needs to wake up and realize they have a business, and they are responsble for it. Wake up kabam, get a new team of people, the ones you have seem to be very clueless about what they are doing
