Where to begin with Kabam Customer support. For one when you post on there forums they ignore your post an let it disappear they move it into someone else's so you cant find your post. Secondly they let you send tickets into Customer support a lot of people have been reporting that they will send you a email pretty much saying they are throwing your ticket out cause they cannot get to it cause it isn't that important.
Couple of my friends including me have put tickets in to get something fixed since they wont look at the post on there forums. My friend put a ticket in over a month ago to get his troops returned they said they would return them it has been a little more then a week in a half and no troops have been replaced. I put in a ticket for my troops to be returned cause they took my whole army away that took me a half a year to make. They are suppose to reply to your ticket within 1 business day. It has been over 3 days now an no reply to my ticket.
All these players want including me is better customer support an have more respect for the player that are testing this game out for them since it is a beta game. People only want to be answered not ignored when they post about a bug or glitch. I hope a lot of you agree with me an hope Kabam see's this an fixes there problems.
