Raj Kosuri, President of EcomNets, had submitted a payment on our website to access our proprietary marketing data. After he dowloaded all the data, he later reported to his credit company that his credit card was "stolen". The reason we know his credit card was NOT stolen because he earlier had the nerve to contact our company directly to help him in access all our data.
A month later he reports his credit card was stolen and "fraudulent" use of it. VISA, the credit card company, issued a chargeback to us because we didn't have a "signed authorization" from Mr. Kosuri. How are we supposed to get that with an Internet transaction? Well, I guess he got away with stealing several hundred dollars from our company but we have banned his IP, and reporting him to the Better Business Bureau.
