I switched my credit card processing over to Merchant Industries / National e-Payment approximately 3 weeks ago. I have processed nearly $15,000 in credit card payments with them since then. Nothing has been deposited in my bank account. I have been calling them for over a week now and their only response is " Don't worry about, just keep taking cards" I have since stopped taking all cards. Since I have had no receipts now for nearly 3 weeks, I am forced to take out a loan to pay my bills. I just received my first call this morning from a customer that purchased some product 3 days ago, there is a series of fraudulent charges on her card, starting with her purchase here that was routed to business in GA (I am in ID). I expect more phone calls to come, as this company had not only taken my money, but taken all the credit card data from my customer's cards and is probably using that data fro fraudulant purchases. DO NOT use this company to process your cards
