Charges of $14.95 and $12.95 were added to my phone bill by 3rd party with no authorization. Local phone company has them listed as "Provider # 0625-0206" which I was tols was OAN Services, INC. And was for "Residentail Voice Mail" I would never authorize this charge in the first place, never mind that standard voicemail is included in my local phone service.
I am working at present with Public Utilities Commision of Ohio and my local carrier to resolve this issue. Also will be contacting company attorney and Ohio Attorney Generals office on Monday for possible legal action... Who knows we might see a class action suit come out of this.
