Sometrics Inc. Did not award internet currency for surveys/offers completed

Initially, users who complete offers (trial offers, surveys, and purchases) provided by Sometrics through the
www.gamersfirst.com website may receive credit for 25-50% of those they have completed properly. When a user becomes a regular participant of these offers, they will find themselves contacting Sometrics more often to complain about not having received credits for their work.in response Sometrics will require the user to provide screenshots or any proof that the offer was completed by them and once the user becomes accustomed to providing such proof, Sometrics will invent stories of theuser having completed such offers from a different country / IP address than the one "registered in their system" and informs the user that his/her account may be flagged for fraudulent activity and possibly be suspended.in doing so, Sometrics hopes to terrorize the user from taking any further action, out of fear that their gaming account may be
suspended.

Some users may have spent considerably high amounts of real currency into said gaming accounts and may find it best to keep quiet. Another way that Sometrics uses to avoid crediting its customers is to repeatedly inform their users that credits earned from completing offers take hours, days, weeks, to be awarded, all in the hope that such users will "forget" about them entirely or simply give up hope of ever receiving them.
Do note that most offers clearly state that credits will be awarded within 10-30 minutes, after having completed such offers.

I personally have been a target of all of the above practices, Sometrics uses to avoid crediting its customers. The most outrageous are ten offers that Sometrics claims I completed from the following locations: Singapore, Poland, Serbia, Greece, Germany, the Netherlands, United Kingdom, Ontario, CA, Oklahoma City, OK, and others. I have contacted my internet service provider and they assured me that my household has been using the same IP address for the past month.

Hello,
Unfortunately this user has been confirmed a fraudulent user. This user which is located in Singapore, has fraudulently attempted and completed offers not available in their country. Unfortunately this is very common for customers in these countries, simply because we do not have enough offer publishers to publish wide variety of offers.instead these customers fraudulently use proxy IP to access other countries offers wall, since there is much more opportunity for virtual currency on those pertaining offer walls. The terms of service for every offer, is location based. To clarify, you will have to reside in that pertaining country in order to qualify for in game currency. Since this customer does not reside in any of these other countries, none of the offers registered as completed. For most likely, the customer provided invalid information which disqualified the customer from earning any currency. We have all activity recorded regarding the various IP addresses that were used including their locations.in the case, the BBB feels they need that additional information to determine our judgment regarding this account. Let me know if you have any additional questions regarding this matter. Thanks.

Initial Response Summary

Confirmed fraudulent activity on this account, this account has been blocked and suspended from our Sometrics' system.

The internet is a wonderful and vast space, but it is also fairly lawless. Understandably both consumers and businesses try to scam each other when they feel they can get away with the crime and unfortunately Sometrics seems pretty confident in being able to do so. 1) I'm fairly certain that the United States, the country where I've completed all offers has the most variety and quantity of offers anywhere in the world, so there's no reason why I would try to fool Sometrics' servers into thinking I'm hailing from a different dozen countries. 2) Please do stick to your story, I either completed offers from randomly selected countries as you first claimed or the new red herring, "none of the offers registered as completed." 3) Please do provide my activity records, even though they would prove nothing other than that Sometrics created them. I think a third party providing IP addresses activity would be a more trustworthy and reliable source. If the Better Business Bureau would like to send me a letter at the address I provided, with instructions on how to verify my identity and location, I would be more than happy to do so. This inexpensive test should prove I'm not from Singapore.

Unfortunately our Company policy stands as is. We have a lot of activity recorded on this account, were we have not only confirmed but determine from the activity that was acquired by our system that this account shows fraudulent activity. We will under no circumstances be able to process any offer to this account. Side note, the last attempt on this account was on this IP address 101.161.151.18 (AUS - Australia). Which was viewed: 04/29 5:38pm. As you can see this customer without a doubt is a fraudulent user, since the customer claims they are from the Unites States. Let me know if you need any further information.
