I purchase Paid Search, Premium Marketplace (comparison shopping) and Premium Store for my internet ski store. It took long time to get the searches to work and when they worked did not bring any business to the store. It actualy cost us money every time we try to use it. I call them to cancel all 3 contracts, but Channeladvisor is still trying to colect. I lost over $40,000 with Channeladvisor and aditional $10,000 using their product. Their Paid Search and Comparison Shopping is a looser for small business.
