Since my computer won't let me sign into excite.com, I employed another computer to cancel my premium services.
There is no link to contact customer support and after a long search found a link that led to the place to cancel.
The link led to a page with dead links that didn't pertain to cancellnig accounts at all.
Guess I'll have to cancel my credit card on their files.
