Tigerdirect used to be a good company. I purchased a motherboard that
was supposed to be brand new for $150 from them, but it came to me used.
Tigerdirect had a no return policy with the motherboard (stupid of me
to trust them), instead they make you go through the manufacturer's
warranty service. MSI never picks up their phone. I sent in the
defective motherboard through their online RMA service, and they just
sent me back the same motherboard. I called Tigerdirect and told them
About what happened, and they did not want to do anything to correct the
situation. MSI & Tigerdirect used to be a good companies, but they
are just a bunch of crooks now.
