I placed an order with Tigerdirect for a number of computer components. My bank authorized the charges but tigerdirect never accepted them. Subsequent attempts to get my order processed were met with serious resistance from customer service representatives, and I was told on numerous occasions that there was nothing they could do for me, even when I tracked down the specific authorization number used for the original transaction. They ended up processing the order three times, resulting in huge overdraft fees and close to $1500 in charges which had to be contested.
Once the billing problems were sorted out, tigerdirect failed to ship my order for almost a week.
When I finally recieved my order, the CPU and motherboard were defective and tigerdirect would not authorize an RMA.
