We were using netzero high speed and I called the service to cancel but I was pressured into accepting one free month.
I was of the understanding that the account would be closed at the end of that time. Boy, was I wrong
They didnt bill for the month follwing the free one but they billed two months this month to my debit card causing an overdraft on my bank account.
To my way of thinking they should refund the amount billed plus the overdraft amount since they wer'nt supposed to charge my card in the first place. Unfortunatly this is not their way of thinking
