I ordered a viking smartmedia card on 8/8/04, thinking I was going to get a $10.00 rebate, however when I received the card there was no UPC code to be found, I contacted Tigerdirect, and their answer was "all boxs & items in the warehouse have a UPC code if for no other reason but to control warehouse inventory". They then went on to say they couldn't send me a upc code, but I could send in my rebate form to Viking, but wouldn't assure me I would get my rebate as the form clearly states I needed to send "the UPC CODE"!
I asked "since they sent me the card without the UPC code, does that mean that their INVENTORY will not be correct, and dosen't that open up a whole new can of worms, as workers could be stealing the Co. Blind? Answer-UHHHHH... Well that might be something to look into. What Bull$*@t is that? I am disgusted with them, & they have lost my business, as I would rather pay more up front, than listen to their crap!
