I will start by quoting the rebuttal posted on this site by the CEO of PCCARE

1- There was no call branding until I demanded the supervisor tell me who they were representing not before misleading me that my computer had been sending them reports of errors which I assumed was HP support because they said I had to go and let them look at my computer immediately to stop any damage from occurring after me telling them I was eating dinner. So I don't know who monitors these agents but obviously not enough or noone.
2-As far as the quality of salesmen that they employ they kept asking me if I noticed my computer running slower to which I kept responding NO! He then asked how old my computer was when I told him 5 months he ran out of things to say and passed me to his SUPERVISOR who then went to Google to try and scare by showing me what a TROJAN HORSE VIRUS was which I told him yes I knew, then showed me the RUNDLE problem on Google which I said I knew about. At this point I asked what was the purpose of this phone call other than to scare me into buying a service that cost more than I paid for my computer which I couldn't afford because I am not working right now which he responded by trying to sell me a lesser service package. I then told him I had made backup recovery discs to address the problem of viruses and malware and had no need of the service which he continued to try and tell me I needed to sign up for. I had to finally get belligerent to get him out of my computer so I could hang-up the phone.
There are quite a few listings on Google one that starts with MICROSOFT. PCCARE247.com / saying they are MICROSOFT SUPPORT. Why does a corporation this large need to, first of all, outsource their support services to a MICKEY MOUSE SALES COMPANY like this and secondly allow the MICROSOFT BRAND to be associated with such an UNDERHANDED UNPROFESSIONAL DISHONEST TACTIC USING COMPANY LIKE PCCARE247. I will be pursuing this matter further with HP and MICROSOFT and would suggest anyone experiencing these pressure and dishonest tactics to do the same.
Unless enough people make noise about these type of problems CORPORATIONS LIKE MICROSOFT will continue to allow these types of AMORAL COMPANIES TO GENERATE INCOME FOR THEM!!! The more people have problems with their software the more repairs and new software they sell!
Just to be safe I will do some diagnostics with HP to see if they planted anything in my computer but it is very frustrating to have to spend this amount of time for something that would be totally unnecessary if THEY WERE NOT DISHONESTLY TRYING TO SELL PEOPLE SOMETHING THEY DON'T NEED!
