My best advice to anybody thinking of trying out Hi-speed DSL from Alltel Co. Is to RUN and don't look back!
When I signed up I was told that there would be some equipment fees on my 1st bill, which there was, and I paid because they explained that this was only one-time fees and it would be only the DSL service fee after that!
Three weeks later my company's business started getting shakey and me being a fully seasoned veteran of lay-off/shut-down scenario's from my previous 2 "career company's" decided I better drop this DSL service now!
So I called and cacelled and was told there was a $100.00 fee for the modem even though I had already paid these fees!
I've managed to reach third level management and they even say I will be charged that fee even though I was never informed of this cancellation fee when I signed up!
