Quest Century link bad customer service, hiden costs in the bill.internet

I have paid in full my account and the customer service say sorry we can not reconnect your internet only after 24 hours.

Because internet is 48 hours late I will be put online 48 complains... Is just to my.

I you have same problems change to xxx Yes is the better way but put the online complains.
Sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company your comments on this policy are welcome!
