Back on November 5, I redeemed enough points through this customer's website for a $50 Walmart gift card. That same day I received confirmation that my request had been received and would be processed within 6 to 8 weeks. After several e-mails checking the status and the same responses - we're working on it, we're experiencing longer than normal processing times and, this one is favorite from February 18. Your reward should be going out next week. Glad I didn't hold my breath waiting. All in all... What should have taken 6 to 8 weeks has now been drug out to almost 6 months. And, at this point, it's useless to try to follow-up with company anymore because they don't respond.
