Ripoff took money after cancellation Internet

I loaded the software for wal mart internet, it was for a free trial. I canceled thie trial way before time to cancel it my husband told the lady the same day to cancel this. She said she would, but instead im over drawn from my bank of $41.96. My husband told her do not take anything from the checking account she told him they wouldnt but they did please help me. Thank You
