OAN Services, Inc. Rip-off hidden interest while I played sweepstakes on the internet, put a stop to this fleecing

This company, OAN Services, Inc. Had a hidden interest while I played sweepstakes on the internet. This occurred in April. SBC agreed that they would credit all charges. But OAN Services said that I would still be responsible for the installation which nhas cost me $75.00 of irreversable charges. Someone needs to put a stop to this fleecing. Thank You.
