While updating my anti virus definition i received a message saying my subscription would expire in 14days, 14days later it expired. I follow the instuction, paid the $19.99 renewal fee. My understanding was a subscription key would be in the confirmation email, there was none.

Please use this key to update your subscription now. To update your subscription: "
I contacted symantec support via email i waited and waited got no reply. I tried emailing again but all email after the first came back to me as
"Unable to deliver message to the following address (es).
: does not like recipient.
Remote host said:... Mailbox disabled
for this recipient Giving up on"
The only other way to contact these people is by paying a $29.99 to speak to their tech support. As of now my pc is still unprotected i still don't have the renewal subscription key i paid for.
