Lingo ripoff dishonest 30 day money back guarantee

I never got my money back even after I disconnect their broadband phone service. I returned their equipments immediately. I had their service only for couple of days. It has been 45 days since I returned my equipment but no credits yet. I called their customer service 5 times but each time different answers with different reasons.
