K. Leon Hardy, Senior Vice President of Operations for Couer d' Alene Mining Corporation made a verbal contract with other members of the Hardy family, to pay $1352.62 for his mother's headstone. He made this promise on Dec. 14. On Feb. 10 no headstone was on the grave. Upon inquiry,
K. Leon Hardy informed the family that he had changed his mind and would not pay one cent for his own Mother's headstone. He also left his father's grave without a headstone until relatives took up a collection and a grandson paid for the headstone. K. Leon Hardy and his wife Linda Marie Sudduth Cox Hardy are both bigots, liars, and promise family members financial gifts, or help. Then they deny what they offered. This is some kind of power trip they like to play on family members. His net earnings are over $500,000 annually and he owns a dairy in Tazewell, TN that has a profit of $130,000 annually. Yet, he breaks his word and refuses to buy his own mother a $1352.62 cemetery headstone and did the exact same thing to his father.
