For two years I was a customer of Hughes net and was quite pleased with my service. However when I had to cancel my service because of a work related move the treatment I recieved was outrageous. I have never been treated so poorly. The customer service reps I have spoken to were unwilling to work with me.
When I cancelled my account 3 days into a billing cycle and paid a prorated difference and I was still charged for an entire billing cycle after I was told there would be no further bill. I find this kind of service unacceptable and will never again have any future dealings with this company.
