Purchase online gaming tokens from site, they stated they had in stock and promised delivery in 30mins.-12hrs., after speaking to customer service the first time after 4 hrs. They advised me to be paitent that thier suppliers were collecting the gold and would deliver in a couple hours, the next day 13 hrs. Later still nothing!!! After speaking to another customer service rep, they told me they had no suppliers for this game and I would have to get a refund, but it would take 12 more hours. For a supervisor to do it.
