Jean Himmelstein is an evil person. What kind of person would steal the mail of little kids? Jean Himmelstein did so on a regular basis. Jean Himmelstein committed mail fraud, numerous times. 18 USC 1702 - Obstruction of Correspondence, when she would steal the mail of young children. SHe would then read the private letters of these kids, and use the private information to bully and humiliate the children. This was never reported to the Postal authorities, therefore Jean Himmelstein was never arrested or convicted.
