I signed up for the 7 day free trial. Downloaded about 3 clips before realizing that their search engine is BAD. Never received notification to cancel the free trial and was billed $80. Customer service is totally lacking. They refer to the user agreement. Give me a break. They are just ripping people off. BAD BAD BAD! Horrible customer service. Horrible business model. Criminal enterprise.
