No money back refund from Groupon

Having had issues concerning the support of Groupon we discovered your site concerning the groupon organization. Unfortunatley we've experienced exactly the same issues like others individuals and had we observed this prior to making our purchase we'd have believed twice prior to making our purchase. About the 13th August we bought 2 groupon deals for Teethwhitening from Gem Nationwide at 69 pounds each (completely charge us 138 lbs). As my companion and that I had reserved to truly have a photoshoot for the wedding the month soon after we believed it was an excellent purchase to obtain our laughs right.

Unfortunatley come your day of our visit I received a text from Gem Nationwide to reschedule our appoinment because of inventory shortages. We rescheduled for that following week even tho it had been after our photoshoot once we had taken care of the support but unfortunaley our laughs were cleaned from our encounters again about the evening of the new visit we again got an identical text about inventory shortages. I called Pearl Nationwide to obtain a reimbursement and also the delivered mean email confirming they might authorise this with Groupon.

Having created many telephone calls to Groupon and paid attention to the exact same onhold music for what appeared like too much time i chose to email Groupon. The very first mail was delivered on 22nd of Sep then our first mail received an answer from Groupon on 23rd of Sep seeking the E-Mail verification of termination from Gem Nationwide Which we've submitted for them. Next I responded to Groupon with all info they require for refunding my cash on 25th of Sep 2011. Because that I never get response from their website.

Thus I sent them another 2 e-mail which on 26th and 29th of Sep but till nowadays 3rd of March that I still don't have any replys from Groupon about reimbursement. Please assist us that people don't understand what otherwise we are able to do to obtain our money-back from Groupon and calling them is extremely hard to complete.
