I'm reporting to the public that Facebook has affiliates OUT OF CONTROL and cyber attacking the public. Facebook should have caught this but didn't. When Facebook gets nailed by thousands of targeted and injured parties for legal restitution, it wont come out of Facebooks pockets, it will come out of the publics. My opinion after my research leads me to believe Facebook will have major financial payouts and to expect huge loss due to thousands of victims suing the company.
Heres some of the facts to back this up: Facebook is heavily connected with a company named Activision. Activision is an affiliate that uploads statistics of millions of users to the Facebook site with special access provided by Facebook. I had a problem recently with Activision cyber attacking a mentally challenged young adult. I big brother for this young guy and seen what they did to him. He was ruthlessly attacked and they falsified his account without notice or permission with the purpose of punishment for unknown reasons.
I helped the family report Activision and have appointments to meet with state agencies. During my research I was trying to uncover why a big company would risk such a great loss if caught, and why attack a customer to begin with no matter of their mental state. My research revealed that the company polices its site and has recently attacked 5000 potential customers. Activision falsified customer accounts specifically to point out cheaters to the world so that the community will give them a hard time by attacking them.
It makes sense to get rid of cheaters but when you target and attack an innocent person (is exactly what happen to KIDxVEGAS) even as a mistake the companies involved will have to make it right in court. With proof of an innocent person targeted with pictures you can only wonder how many of those 5000 people are innocent just like KIDxVEGAS? How many of those 5000 if not more familys will sue Facebook and Activision this year? How many other affiliates does Facebook allow to get away with this type of behavior?
Facebook needs a clear policy that is enforced to protect the public and future stock holders from losses due to the lack of supervision. This may even give a close look at whats to come in the following 12 months as far as new government regulations that must be put in place to protect the public and are nations children from harm. Facebook has been notified of this issue along with Playstation and Activision and have heard nothing in response (anyone that owns a business will tell you a business with no customer support and satisfaction is a business looking for a going out of business sale).
Ive uncovered more threats of lawsuits and attacks on the public from Facebook and its affiliates than Facebook is even worth so in my opinion Facebooks public offering is nothing more than a going out of business sale.
