So im sitting here watching my iphone, 41 minutes have passed. I called to try to pay my bill, the automated system didnt understand me, so i got transferred to some service center abroad where they wanted to charge me an extra 1.99 to PAY MY OWN BILL. I asked for the manager after the peon couldnt speak english well enough and/or do anyting about it. Now 45 minutes in I am still wating to PAY MY BILL. Do you really want this company as one of your basic utilities servicer? Really? If you are in NYC I advise anything else... This is ridiculous, 51 mins and counting to PAY my bill, imagine if you had a real problem.
