Purchased Windows 7 upgrade for my computer on Sept 16. Product worked until Feb. Of 2012 when Microsoft shut me down for using an illegal product key. Contacted digitalitems and after several attempts they replied and said I could log onto my account and get a new product key. Now I am unable to log onto my account and all they will say is that the new product key is available if I will log onto my account. There is no way I can log onto my account and there is no other way to contact this company other than their e-mail.
