In my opinion I have been robbed and lied to

I "bought" my $99. Worth of bids by accident on a "survey" site that was also a major scam in my opinion. When I called initially to get my money back I was sweet talked into trying Zbiddy. Not my brightest move. I tried to "win" something in the beginner's items as instructed. There was nothing there worth having, but I finally settled on a fish magazine that I "won" for 37 cents. Then I had to call customer services to figure out how to pay for it. They took my debit card (the same one the charged for the bid package with no problem) and I waited the weeks I was supposed to for it to begin arriving, and frankly lost track when it didn't start coming at all. Next I got an email (I work multiple jobs and 24 hour shifts as a paramedic) telling me my remaining 249 or so bids would be cancelled by a date in March since I had not used them.By the time I saw that email the date had passed. I called, incensed by this and having been unaware of it. The restored the bids and I set about trying to use them AND trying to find out where my magazine was. I am employed and cannot spend endless hours in front of a computer, but I gave up a rare day off and spent more than 16 hours bidding on an iPad 2. At one point it quit with the 15 second thing, gave a going going gone thing and said I was the high bidder. It quit flashing the bids and stayed as it was, I started trying again to figure out how to pay for it. On my Zbiddy the magazine was the only "won" item. I went back the the bidding page, only to find that it had returned to taking bids. I stayed with it for hours, bidding both single bids and thru the Zbuddy. Finally I left it to Zbuddy and went to bed. I did not re-win the item, and not all my bids were used. I then set bids in place for a silver bar and a gold bar and went to work. When I returned a day later I found that I had one neither bar, but my bids had never been bid. On the gold bar it even asked if I wanted to cancel them, no word on the silver. I tried chat and was treated like an imbecile. The chat lady would not answer questions not even, for a long time, are you a live or a computer response because you are not reading what I am writing or answering what I am asking. FINALLY I got a yes I'm live. She would only say, "you did not win" and tried to encourage me to buy more bids and try again. I returned to customer service, got an English as a second language person who just kept insisting that my magazine could not be sent. They cancelled it because I did not, according to them, pay the 37 cents, and that they NEVER take payment over the phone. Bull. He also had no answers to why it told me I won the iPad and then started the bids up again. None to why it didn't use my bids on the bars, or why I had to cancel the ones on the gold, but no mention of the silver. These items DID show up in my My Zibby list as sold to someone else. The iPad never even did that. I asked for a supervisor, finally got an English speaker but she just kept repeating that I had not paid the 37 cents, and I had no other wins. Also no answers on why my bids were never placed. She took my number and promised that someone would call back with answers to my concerns within the hour. I was calmer now, and thanked her. The call never came, not that day, or the next. Today I came home from work and I think I have their BS answer. The last of the reinstated bids (87) that were supposed to be good (per them) for another 60 days from the day they were reinstated (a week or so ago) have been cancelled. I now have no magazine, no iPad, no bids and they skipped off with Nearly 20 hours of my life all told and $99.37 of my money. Also folks, each "penny" bid actually cost each bidder 40 cents. At under $70. When I "won" their $499. IPad had netted them a profit of more than $2000. Not enough apparently so off it went again to closer to $400. At the $300. Dollar mark they have netted $11,501. So I TOTALLY get why $65. To $70 was not enough and they had to scam me. But ya know the 37 cent magazine for which I paid $99.37 is really insult to injury. DO NOT go on the "take this survey for money" sites. They are just funneling you to scam artists as nearly as I can tell. As for Zbiddy, stick to eBay where you will get what you bid on or just go to the nearest casino and throw it in the slots. Your blood pressure won't go as high and you will have a lot more fun and maybe even a free cup or two of pop... Despite the horrible odds you will have way more chance of keeping your money.
