Unable to use broadband weekends Saturday and Sunday from 12:00AM-7:00AM. Broadband being used by Corporate Customers, banks, financial institutions and retailers to down load credit card and financial information. Not enough broadband for residential customers although we are paying for 24/7 access. Filed complaint with the NYS Attorney General's Office.
