I ordered plaque blast. The product was advertised for 10.00 S&H plus one free bottle and a free "crazy critter. The product was ordered on 2/28. To date (3/8) I have not received the product. But my card has been charged 40.97 (TWICE). That's a total of 81.94 for a 10.00 product.
When I called customer service I was told (after a 15 min. Wait on the phone that I had placed 2 orders, which I DID NOT, and the charges were as follows: 10.00 for 1st bottle 6.99 shipping, 10.00 for 2nd bottle 6.99 shipping, 6.99 shipping for the "free" "crazy critter" Total 40.97 (TWICE)
I explained several times that I had only placed one order. The customer service dept. Is obviously outsourced because the rep (Jasper) spoke very broken English. He kept repeating that I had placed 2 orders for 2 bottles each.
He said that they would be happy to refund me 10.00. I told him I didn't want 10.00 I wanted all but the 10.00 shipping. He said that when the packages arrive to refuse one and then my money for that one would be refunded. I told him that I would be refusing both of them and expect a refund immediately.
He said that it would take 7-10 days from the date that the package is returned. I told him that my next phone call was going to be to the AG in New Jersey.
