I ordered a free bottle of PomClear and really liked the product. I suddenly received a charge for $39.95 for my next bottle of PomClear. When I queried why I was automatically charged, they told me to read the requirements. If you order the free bottle you are automatically charged for the next bottle.in the meantime, customer service replied to let me chancel or they would give me free shipping and only charge me $29.99 a bottle.
A month later, after several phone calls and emails, I again requested to cancel and a refund of the $39.95. I have had to response to these request. I am $40.00 dollars in the whole and don't have the product I paid for.
There customer service is ridiculous. Who has a weight time of over 60 minutes to talke to an operator. I really want to get my money back since I never received the product.
The PomClear product is supposed to help you lose weight and is made of all natural ingredients. I like the product, but can't handle the stress and aggravation.
