I ordered a male enhancement product called Aspire 36 Plus after seeing their advertisement in the LA Daily News. They advertised a free bottle of product "just for calling". After they attempted to upsell me to a program and send me three bottles and one free, they agreed to just send the free bottle for a S&H charge of $8.99 which they said would be refunded back to me. I verified this would be the only charge.
Today I received a package with 6 bottles of a product called "Vazopren" which makes the same claims for performance. They charged my credit card $153.94. I called their customer service and they agreed to credit back my card only after I returned the product to them, and reluctantly they gave me an RMA. Asked about the free bottle, they told me that I could use it for free for 14 days but then would have to keep or return everything. So now I have to go through the hassle of sending back the product back and don't get my free sample? What a rippoff and timewaster, and who knows if I will ever see my credit.
