In August of I contracted with Motion City Media to have a website designed. The terms were payment was to be made in full before any work began and I had to sign up for a year of hosting to get the "special" rate for the design work.
It's now March 7 and I have not received a single thing for my money except for a lot of excuses and emails about how Jessica Bolin will refund my money.
