1st the program just stopped monitoring, I emailed custom support with no response. Then a few weeks later, after a reboot, it won't turn on. Then I thought, maybe it's my computer.
So I downloaded the demo version, and emailed them to get a new registration code. Go figure, I still haven't heard from them.
Bottom line, it looks like there aren't too many that have reported IAMBB to the BBB, but I sure did and I hope that all that have the same problem do the same.
