About 5 years ago I purchased I Am Big Brother from IAmBigBrother.com. It is a program that records keystrokes and screen shots. At least it used to be.
My computer crashed and I lost everything including the registration key. At the time this happened, I had the program for over a year. And it worked as described.
So several years later, March 22, I downloaded it again. I NEVER got it to work. I tried to uninstall, reinstall, tried to email for support, NOTHING. I never received a registration key. There is no communication, email came back as no such address, no phone number listed, no way to contact anyone for assistance.
Years ago when I used this service it was legit. Worked as agreed and very well I might add. But I strongly urge anyone who is looking for a program to keep track of all computer usage to bypass this one. It is a shell, a storefront, a blank box, with nothing inside. Just a $29.99 charge to your account. Of which my bank is persueing charges.
