When I changed email addresses McAfee double billed me using both the old and the new (the former forwarding to the latter). Admittedly, I didn't catch it till later, but you'd think they would cut a long-time customer some slack given that they were partly responsible for it. At the end of my current subscription I am gone.
Their bureaucratic inflexibility is pretty short-sighted, and their product isn't so hot either. They get to keep my extra payment, but that's the last money they get from me. Steer clear of this outfit.
