I had ordered flowers over the internet for a friends funeral, the flowers never got there and they have been taking $9.95 out of my account every month since then. Tried calling the 800 number, and at first there was no answer but now it has been disconnected. I just now caught this fraud charge on my account and it has been going on for 2 years or longer. Bank says they cant stop automatic charges that I would have to close my account and open new one to stop the theft of my money.
