I would like a refund from this vendor.
As of March, 3 the vendor, has not delivered the digital product, whatsoever, nor has responded to me, to get this issue resolved.

I have tried to work it out with the vendor, and have not received a response, to whether, they will deliver my product, or refund my money, for an undelivered product. At this point, I just want a refund.
The refund policy states, that I can not be refunded on a DELIVERED DIGITAL PRODUCT.
Well, I have not received anything, no digital product, nothing, as of March 3.
I have pictures of my back office, showing no digital product has been delivered, also a pic of the refund terms when I signed up.
I did not want to get to this point. But, obviously, the owner doesn't operate in complete ethical business practices, and doesn't seem to care.
