I received a notice in the mail advising that I had won $13,230 AUD as long as I returned the form with my credit card details and for the mere sum of $23AUD. On reading the form I could not find a phone or website to see who these people were. I never give out my credit card details and knew immediately it was a scam. But unlike myself there are many who think they have a right to the money and send of the mere $23. Can you imagine if we all sent it back how much these thieves are making. Anyway hope this helps any others who have received such a CASH PAYMENT NOTIFICATION. Just rip it up and report them.
