Apparently they do not care whether I remain a customer or not

I requested a Ford EU6500is turbine (In-Stock, based on site and Dorothy, who got my purchase on telephone) plus some additional products including liftgate and insurance totaling over $3800.00 on Feb. 3rd. I chose to send them an individual check to save lots of the two% and prevent applying my charge card online. I had been informed the purchase could be positioned "On-Hold" for 7-10 bussiness times, nevertheless my check was banked on Feb. 8th. After waiting 10 bussiness times I named Smart and spoken with "Dorothy" to ask when my purchase might deliver? She explained the Honda machines were "today" on "back-order" and Smart might have it by Feb. 26th. And would deliver around the 27th. I named them Feb. 27th and was informed 2-3 more times... 4 more days but still no mail confirming my purchase continues to be delivered. I work difficult for my cash and dislike to become informed items that aren't accurate. I am expecting that they can deliver my turbine or return my cash, but I'll NOT purchase from their website again.
