Andrew Chu is an amature con-man workiing the Boise area. He's also working many marketing forums with similar scams.
Here's how he works. ("m.O.")
He may meet you at a local coffee shop if he intends on scamming you locally. Because he has no office or employees. He may lie about having employees.
He appears to be ligitimate - smooth talker. Explains all his skill sets.
He will provide you with an extensive contract, but it is very vague about the scope what is to be done. This is all to make you think he's ligitimate and pull down your guard.
He will ask for a deposit or full amount in advance. Sometimes he will offer you free services. Again, this is just to suck you in and gain your confidence.
Once he knows he's drained you of most or all your money - he will delay your work as long as possible. Then, when he knows you're on to him - he will not answer your calls or emails.
He may offer a very affordable, very low priced website - but his main goal is to suck you into paying him for SEO. About $500 to $950. He will use urgency!
He may flop up a cheap looking website - which takes no more than hour - again, this is only done to gain your confidence for a much larger pay day for him. Any automation of the site will never work.
Beware! He will use any excuse to get your money before anything of value is done.
Andrew Chu will NEVER deliver what is promised. Andrew Chu is Asian. (Chineese) About 28 yrs old. 5'6" about 135 lbs. He will act like your friend and promise you a long term relationship. Again, this is just a con. No matter what, he never intends on completing his obligations. Never do business with him!
